PS5 is coming now, Sony has ensured the existence of the PlayStation 5 and will reveal releasing date in a few months. With the Financial Times interview, Sony president Kenichiro Yoshida told about their company that they are going on a next-generation console.

PlayStation5 could launch as soon as Christmas 2019, the report from Ace Securities. Releasing date of PS5 could be around 2020 or 2021 according to some analysts, but not confirmed just yet.

PS5 will be backward-compatible with the PS4 Pro and will be a half-step, Michael Pachter said. Kenichiro Yoshida Sony’s new CEO announced a three-year business plan for the best profits which predicted a dip in the run-up to 2021. Before the releasing of PlayStation 5, this is the type of dip that may come as the PS4 goes market saturation.

Aaron Greenberg Microsoft’s head of marketing told Engadget, “We think the future is without console generations.”
PlayStation VR is hard to locate a headset online or in stores which indicate a big success for Sony. It also has an intuitive library to support it.
A basic requirement of the PS5 is surely Native 4K support if Sony cracks that essential problem PS5 will reach sooner than anticipated. We can imagine the complete PS4 library to play on the PS5 and will absolutely look another round of Remasters.
